Is there a product problem?
- Please contact us and our customer support will provide you with an RMA number.
- Original packaging, manuals, and all accessories and documents provided by the manufacturer must be brought with the return.
- Return the item to the address provided to you by our customer service. Please indicate the RMA number on the package.
- The processing time after the return is about 10 days. If you request a refund, a refund will be sent according to the original payment method and you will receive a confirmation email.

- Less than 1% of products shipped by thomasholten.com have any warranty or quality issues.
- In the unlikely event that there is a quality defect that makes the equipment unsellable or unusable within 3 months, we will accept returns. When we receive the goods back to thomasholten.com, we will repair the item or offer full credit to order a replacement.
- If you encounter any problems with a product purchased from thomasholten.com, please contact us first and we will do our best to advise you. Any return must be discussed with the Huasheng Customer Service Center in advance and authorized to be sent along with the correct documentation.
- If you request a repair or refund during the warranty period, you will pay for the shipping cost of returning your product to thomasholten.com and thomasholten.com will not reimburse you.
